Test Prep and Study Guide Resources

This guide is designed to provide resources for students studying for placement testing offered by NSCC and outside organizations, as well as students taking certifying exams at the end of their programs of study. This guide will link students to study materials provided by the NSCC Library as well as resources available through the Boston Public Library and resources available online.

Many public libraries have study materials available but what you are able to use will depend the library and resource. These resources will require a public library card. Your eligibility to use an electronic resource or borrow a physical book may depend what what city or town you live in.  You will not be able to use your NSCC ID/Library barcode for these resources. 

Some public libraries are starting curbside pick-up service. You may be able to borrow physical books using this service. Please contact your local public library with questions.
