Borrowing policies and fines are set to ensure all patrons have equitable access to learning and information resources.

The Library acknowledges the authority of United States Copyright Law and the NSCC Copyright Policy, and promote copyright compliance among our users. Library staff actively educate users on the ethical use of information and leveraging Fair Use guidelines.

The Library collaborates with the NSCC faculty, students, and staff to enable access to information resources that directly support teaching, learning, and discovery.
