Access to many of the database links on this guide requires NSCC authentication - users must sign in with their My Northshore (formerly NSCC Pipeline) username & password
If you want to place any library materials on hold, request a book from another library, or check out any physical library materials out you will need to have your NSCC ID card.
Stop by the Student Life Office in Danvers (DB 132) or Lynn (LW 171) with a current class schedule and a picture ID to get an NSCC ID.

Switching Web Browsers
Once you have signed into a Library resource, if you are having trouble viewing an individual article, ebook, streaming video, etc... try switching your web browser (i.e. if you are using Firefox or Chrome, try Internet Explorer or vice versa).
The Tutoring Centers are places on both campuses where NSCC students can go to improve their course work and study skills with the support of highly skilled peer and professional tutors. Currently, enrolled students can visit our free, walk-in centers where individual tutoring is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Find tutorials on over 200 applications including the Microsoft Office suite, MLA/APA in-test citation, ANGEL, Google Docs, Mac and Windows operating systems, iDevices, and Web 2.0 tools such as Prezi, Twitter, and Facebook.
