Off Campus Access: Login to North Shore Community College Library electronic resources with your MyNorthshore account username and password.

Library Card and Account: Your NSCC ID is your library card and must be used to borrow library materials. Access and management of your NSCC library account online requires a login. Your library account username is the 14 digit barcode on your NSCC ID beginning with 21991. Your library account password is your birthday in the following format MMDDYYYY.  

Textbooks and Course Reserves

Course Reserves

Current editions of criminal justice course textbooks are either available in print at the Danvers Campus Library or Lynn Campus Library or provided online by the library in an electronic version.

Print Textbooks on Course Reserves
  • Your NSCC ID is required to check out textbooks from the print course reserves collection 

  • Print textbooks are are checked out for a two hour loan period, and may be renewed for a second two hour period

  • Use the Course Reserves website to see if a title is available or checked out
Electronic Textbooks
  • Electronic textbooks may be limited for use by one student at a time 

  • There are options to print, email, and sometimes download content

  • Enter in your MyNorthshore account username and password when accessing electronic textbooks from off campus
