LTI Library Resource Guide

Welcome to your crash course in Library Resources! Use this guide as a starting point in accessing Library Resources and getting started with research. All of the information here is also available on the NSCC’s Library Website, so don’t be shy about gi


  • Students will recognize the Library as a resource that they can and should use, and more specifically, identify the Library as a resource that offers access to journals, articles, databases, books and more as well as a place that provides support for their learning.
  • Students will use their own understanding of a topic to reflect on the topic and pick an aspect of the topic that piques their curiosity.
  • Understand the value of intellectual curiosity, beyond the requirement of finding resources for a paper.
