Books

...part of a print book?

Provide a PDF of one chapter, or up to 10%, or the book. Obtain permission from the copyright holder to provide access to more than one chapter or 10% of the book. |

Upload the PDF to Blackboard. Request that the Library acquire the title as and e-book and link to content via Blackboard, or place the complete print book on Reserve and direct students to read appropriate portions. |
Video
...an film in class?

Show only DVD's owned by the Library or that you request that the Library acquire in class. Link to streaming versions provided by the Library or available as OER in Blackboard. NOTE: Even if you have your own Netflix account, you should not show video from Netflix in your classroom, as it is expressly prohibited in the Netflix user agreement. |
