A guide for students in CMP101. After using this guide, students will be able to locate resources needed for their CMP101 class, and find information on how to use and cite library resources.

The Works Cited Page

To create your MLA works cited page, use the following guidelines:

  • The Works Cited page should be a separate page attached to the end of your paper.
  • The title - Works Cited should be centered at the top of the page.
  • The margins should be set at 1 inch.
  • Citations listed in alphabetical order
  • The citations should be double spaced
  • Citations use a hanging indent. The first line is set to the left and all following lines are indented one-half inch.
