Google Drive

    

Google Drive is a cloud storage provider that allows you to store your files such as videos, photos, and documents.  It also allows you to share, view, edit, as well as leave a comment on any of your files.  It allows others to comment and edit your documents if you allow them.  You are able to access your files from your mobile devices or desktop computer.   Free 

Steps:
1.Create a Google account.
2. Search the app using your device.
3. Sign in and begin using the app.

Todoist

Todoist app is a productivity tool that allows you to be organized and makes managing your tasks easy.  It also allows you to collaborate and share, as well as communicate with your peers, as it helps you keep track of your projects.  Free
 

Steps: 
1. Search for the app using your device.
2. Sign up (name and e-mail).
3. On the left hand side a list of categories will appear.
4. Select one (i.e. projects or inbox).
5. On the right hand side you can click on the plus sign (+) to add information. 
6. The app assists you with entering information by providing examples.
7.  Some of the fearures are not free and the app will prompt you to upgrade to a premium.

BrainScape

Brainscape-Smart Flashcards is for those that love to study using flashcards.  It is easy to create and edit your flashcards. You can also access pre-made flashcards and browse through the cards. The app provides features such as ratings (how well you know the subject) to help you study better.  Free

This app is not available in Googleplay, but similar one would be AnkiDroid Flashcards.
Steps:
1. Search for the app using your devices.
2. App will ask you to use Facebook to sign up but you can also use an e-mail to sign up.
3. Next, you have to accept the terms and answer some questions. 
4. You can skip some of the questions.
5. You can create or can view already made index cards by choosing a subject.

Dropbox

Dropbox app allows you to store your files on your computer, and it syncs your files online and to other computers and mobile devices that are linked to your account.  The app syncs and backs up your files online and it provides 2Gb of storage for free and up to 100Gb for paid accounts. Dropbox allows you to share documents and collaborate with others on projects.  Free


Steps:
1. Search for the app in your device.
2. Sign up (name and e-mail).
3. View terms and Accept terms.
4. Next, you will be asked to upload photos.
5. There is a tutorial in pdf for each feature.

Evernote


Evernote allows you to organize your personal and professional projects.  You can take notes, create to-do lists, and you can save (web clips, files and images, snapshots) into Evernote. It will sync everything between your phone, tablet, and computer automatically. Free

 

Steps:

1. Search Evernote on your device.

2. Create an account.

3. You wil get a quick/helpful tour.

4. Ready to use the app.
